I'm really hoping that CW decides to repeat both Smallville and Supernatural on Saturday, like they've done before when they pre-empted them, because it was stupid of them to blow of two NEW episodes of both shows at midnight.  :-(

Stupid Sox game. Stupid rain delays.

Although, I have to admit, I just saw a little ad during the game for the ep and was all "O.O Am I seeing this?!"

Why is it that WGN does better at advertising SPN than the CW does?

Also, is anyone actually watching the game? I could've sworn I just heard Back in Black.

My mom just pointed this out to me... It's pouring rain outside. And the game is here at Comiskey.

Does that mean it might be canceled because of the weather and we'll get the show at 8 anyway?

I'm not sure, but I'm just asking :)

All righty, so, does anyone else want to join silverkit, sam_can_do_it, and me for dinner on Thursday night? We're probably going to be going to the Lou Malnati's downtown (it's easy to get to on the CTA), unless someone else wants to come, but has a different place they'd like to go to.

Times? Anyone?

So, since the next new ep is getting pre-empted (AGAIN), would anyone be interested in meeting up for dinner or something that night? We did that last spring when we had an ep pushed back, and we had a lot of fun. So, yeah, anyone want to do anything that night?

Also a heads up for us here in Chicago who missed the beginning of Mystery Spot when it first aired because of the news conference, it's going to repeat on April 17th so we can all rerecord it. :-)

The next new episode will air at 11:30pm on 04/24 due to a White Sox game.

(Could be later if the game goes into extra innings or whatever)

Those with DVRs might want to manually set them for that night; the last time it was pre-empted like this I ended up not getting the last 20 minutes.

Soo I've been watching VH1's "Top 100 Songs of the 80's" this afternoon and while doing so I saw a commercial for the new-ish show on VH1 called "Free Radio" and guess who's suppose to be on it tomorrow, Danneel Harris from "One Tree Hill". Now I'm not the biggest fan of her's or a huge fan of OTH though I do watch it sometimes, but she got that thing with Jensen Ackles (Their dating or friends I never did quite pay attention to what it was exactly). While I won't believe Jensen himself will show up on it with her but it is possible that she could mention him or talk about him.

Supposedly the episode with Danneel Harris is on tomorrow on VH1 at like 8:30pm CST (check your local listings to know for sure in your area.

I had a table at ZebraCon, selling various SPN related items, and I have TWO calendars left over that I thought I'd put up for sale here. Both are identical and both were created by me. When fully opened to hang on the wall, size is 11" x 17". Printed on photo paper and coil bound. Each month has a different image.

Is there anyone interested in meeting up at the Illinois International Film Festival this weekend?

It's out in Saint Charles (From the city, start going west on North Ave/Rt. 64. Keep going until there are so many yuppies you start to cry and possibly bleed from your ears. That's Saint Charles.) at the Arcada Theater, which is a kick ass vintage venue that's been rented out for the festival.

Tickets are pretty cheap ($10 for a block - and there's two blocks a day of over four hours of film each. Not bad. - $15 for a day, or $40 for the weekend... but it started Friday.) and Saturday night's block is ending with two horror flicks - the last of which, "It's My Party And I'll Die If I Want To" is a feature length project by local filmmakers.

There's going to be a totally kickin' after party starting around 10:30pm Saturday (and one tonight), at the Dog and Duck Inn (a pub right next door, and a pretty sweet one at that. Guinness on tap, baby. Mmmmm.) - the festival has the entire upstairs to themselves with a couple of bands playing, not to mention you can always hang out in the rest of the pub and check out the other band that'll be playing down there!

There's a lot more than just horror, seeing as there's indie flicks showing from all over the world, but I figured it'd be a good excuse for some fangirls to get together. It's been a while!

Ten Inch Hero Screening in Chicago??

We were wondering how much interest there might be in having a screening of Ten in Hero (come on folks!!! Jensen in a kilt!) at the Supernatural convention in Chicago in November. So, if you are going to the con, please fill out the poll below.
